Ford Crown Vic Door Panel Removal, How To
How to remove a door panel on a 99 Ford Crown Victoria. Note that Ford designed their door panels with built in plastic hooks on the back, the door panel is removed by lifting/sliding the panel up, there are no "pop rivets". You will need to know this procedure to get to the door lock cylinder, window regulator, auto lock, door handle. To remove the door lock cylinder you must remove door handle by drilling out the two screws and then access to the door lock cylinder can happen. To reattach the exterior door handle just use two short machine screws and nylock nuts to bolt it back on.
